Refund Policy

At Stratton Webs, we offer a 100% refund on all design services, subject to certain conditions.

Our Refund Policy is Void if:

– You have selected a special or custom package.

– The primary design concept for any service has been approved.

– The logo has been finalized.

– The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.

– Revisions have been requested.

– Cancellation is unrelated to the project.

– There has been no contact with the company for more than 1 week.

– Our company policies have been violated.

– Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.

– The website questionnaire lacks required information.

– A complete design change has been requested.

– The business is closing or undergoing name or business changes.

– Reasons such as a change of mind or disagreement unrelated to the service are not eligible for a refund.

If a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions for any service, they may be entitled to a 50% refund after discussing with their Project Manager. The approval of such refunds is at the discretion of Stratton Webs Management.

For clients subscribed to a service bundle who are dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only apply to that specific service, not the entire bundle.

Cancellations of orders before project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service itself will be subject to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

Please note:

– Stratton Webs reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract as deemed necessary.

– After a refund, you forfeit rights to use the designs for any purpose; they remain the sole property of Stratton Webs.

– Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds, including those acquired as part of a package deal.

– For services not covered under the 100% refund policy, Stratton Webs Management may offer a partial refund after reviewing the project.

We value transparency and fairness in our refund process. If you have questions or need further clarification, please contact us.

Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Call us at +1(201) 534-5737 and speak with your Project Manager to initiate the refund process.

3. Send us an email at refund@strattonwebs.com to begin the refund process.

Once we receive your refund request, we will respond promptly. After conducting the necessary analysis, we will proceed with the refund process according to our refund policy outlined above.

If you wish to cancel a project before initiation for reasons unrelated to the service itself, please submit your refund request within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. Requests made after this initial 24-hour period may incur a service fee charge.

After receiving your refund, you will no longer have rights to any designs submitted by Stratton Webs, unless agreed upon mutually between the company and the customer through written communication. This information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal compliance.

At Stratton Webs, we are committed to meeting your requirements and exceeding your expectations. Our designers dedicate themselves to crafting well-researched and high-quality designs for you.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. We strive to surpass your expectations and provide unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied with your design, based on the package you select.

Delivery Policy

Upon order confirmation, your complete order will be delivered to the specified account along with a confirmation email. The turnaround time will vary based on your package, with a minimum of 2 business days for the TAT. Websites will only go live once all dues have been settled; no website will be launched if there are any outstanding payments. We deliver all our customized design orders via e-mail within 8-12 business days of receiving your order. We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service through which you can have your first complete website within 72 hours by paying just $500 extra! 

Design Ownership & Rights

Upon finalization, all designs provided by Stratton Webs are handed over to you, the client, along with all core files of the logo, granting you 100% ownership rights. You are free to use the finalized design as you see fit. Please note that materials or media generated during revision cycles leading up to the final product remain the property of Stratton Webs.

Content Creation & Population

Stratton Webs does not assume responsibility for creating or populating content (text/images) on your website unless otherwise purchased exclusively. In cases where content is provided:

– We will populate the website with client-specific content.

– Images will be sourced from stock photo websites upon client approval.

– Product details and images will be provided by the client.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

We prioritize confidentiality and do not share customer information regarding projects or contact details with any third party. Both Stratton Webs and the client agree not to defame or disparage each other after project completion. We pledge to refrain from making any defamatory comments about the client, and we expect the same professionalism in return.

Record Maintenance

To ensure client satisfaction and facilitate any future needs, Stratton Webs maintains records of finalized designs for retrieval if needed.

Customer Support

Our dedicated Customer Support Team is available Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), to address your concerns and queries over the phone. For inquiries outside of business hours, please email us through the Team Works Account section, and we will respond promptly on the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

At Stratton Webs, we specialize in design services and consultancy, tailoring our offerings to meet each client’s unique needs. While our packages may include technical elements to assist with websites and emails, we provide essential information and settings to ensure their functionality. However, we do not provide in-depth training or installation services on the customer’s end. These services may encompass:

Website Deployment

We deploy websites for customers on:

– Hosting servers provided by us.

– Hosting services offered by Stratton Webs are complimentary only in some packages and sourced from third-party providers.

– Hosting servers provided by the customer (acquired from third-party sources).

If a customer chooses to host their website on a third-party server, Stratton Webs is not liable for any server-related issues.

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and Stratton Webs concerning technical assistance or service outages, unless separately purchased as part of ongoing maintenance services.

Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)

We provide customers with user manuals for utilizing the Website CMS (Content Management System). However, we do not offer training services for the CMS.

Email Setup

We furnish customers with necessary settings and information to install emails on their end. Please note that we do not install these emails on the customer’s system.

We are not responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting email usage issues, as our emails operate on open servers accessible by all service providers. Responsibilities for execution, installation, and learning these services lie with the customer.

Communication Policy

All feedback requests, revision requests, refund requests, or other order-related instructions must be communicated through the official website, phone number or emails to be deemed official.

Stratton Webs is not accountable for any communication conducted via phone numbers not provided by us or listed on our official website.

Email correspondence sent to and from official Stratton Webs emails (e.g., “…@strattonwebs.com”) is considered valid communication.

We disclaim responsibility for any damages, issues, or delays resulting from communications made through unauthorized means.

We take full responsibility for all information communicated through our official domains.
